Under the lump sum construction delivery method Liptak Projects undertakes to complete the building work for an agreed sum and within a certain timeframe. This is the least favoured delivery method offered primarily because it limits the level of value adding that can be offered, reduces efficiency and is generally the most expensive outcome because of rise & fall implications primarily associated with variations to scope and time. Forms of lump sum contract include: Lump Sum Fixed Price Contracts; Lump Sum Design & Construct; and Lump Sum Novated Design & Construct.
